What is the difference between an anagram solver and an unscrambler?
An anagram uses every letter exactly once, so LISTEN gives SILENT, TINSEL and ENLIST. The unscrambler also lists shorter words made from some of the letters.
Can it find phrases or multiword anagrams?
No. It finds single words only, from the ENABLE word list, or the broader list if you turn on Show more words.
Can it solve Jumble puzzles?
Yes. Type the scrambled letters and the solver shows every word that uses all of them. For the final Jumble answer, type the circled letters the same way.
What if I don't know one of the letters?
Type ? in its place. The solver tries every letter there and marks the guessed letter in blue.
